Rosemont Fit Body Boot Camp

I have been a member for over 4 years and it’s the best 30 minutes of my day working out. The Coaches have great energy and know how to push me to be better! I’m in good shape and healthier than I have ever been because of Fit Body Bootcamp.

I am so glad I found Rosemont FBBC! The classes are small enough to get individual instructor attention, but big enough to motivate me to push harder. 30 minute works outs with plenty of classes offered each day, there’s something for every one! Special thanks to Coach Kimberly who always makes me feel like she cares.

Best gym ever! The trainers make sure your form is right and always push you to be the best version of yourself! Wesley (pictured below) is one of the trainers that will always perfect your form! FBBC literally changed my life! Go here. You won’t regret it!

I have tried many exercise programs: One Life; Kosama, Pure Barre, not to mention many DVDs. :) I love it because you are out in 30 minutes. You cannot make excuses for just 30 minutes. Thank you.
